Financial Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Spearhead and execute the strategic initiatives to enhance organization's capability to pursue its goals

Support in preparation of business plans, future development and new Initiatives

Analyze the market trends and give foresights to management for informed decision making

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Focus

Suggest and plan initiatives to leverage on any innovative concepts/opportunities in the real estate industry market that are of special interest to KPDL

Review Industry benchmarks and ensure KPDL’s competitiveness with respect to revenue generation, cost of capital and cost effectiveness

Identify acquisition / backward integration opportunities, seek management council’s approval on identified inorganic growth opportunities

Operational Focus

Perform Internal audit of business processes across functions as per the SOPs,

Monitor implementation and achievement of the business plan and report the progress to the management

Identify potential risks for the organization in face of KPDL pursuing a rapid growth strategy and develop a risk mitigation strategy

Communicate the business threats/risks to the management and recommend the measures to tackle the risks

Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

Education and Experience

Master degree in Finance | CA

Preferred from top 10 B-schools with 5-7 years of experience working closely with senior management

Leadership Competencies and Skills

An excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing is essential.

Excellent analytical skills are necessary

Must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.

Proficiency in financial analysis is required.
