Job Description - Financial Controller

Job Position - Financial Controller

Experience : 10-15 years

Qualifications : Qualified CA/CMA

Salary : 20-25 LPA

Working Days - 6 days

Working Hours - 9am to 5:30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure entire F&A operations by understanding overall GM Activities of F&A.

∙Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applicable.

∙Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

∙Develop and manage the company’s budgeting process, including forecasting revenue and expenses.

∙Analyse budget variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.

∙Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

∙Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess the company’s financial health.

∙Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including tax regulations, GST compliance, and other legal requirements.

∙Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

∙Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

∙Oversee tax planning and compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns.

∙Lead and manage the finance team, including accountants and financial analysts.

∙Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

∙Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

∙Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.

∙Assist in developing business strategies and financial plans to achieve organizational goals.

∙Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

∙Ensure that appropriate insurance coverage and risk management policies are in place.

About the company: It is a tier-1 solution provider and system supplier to the Automotive Industry world wide, with expertise in designing, prototyping, and manufacturing modules and systems made of Engineering Plastics for components and assemblies.

The Company's turnover is approx 250 crore.
