Financial Controller

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long -term financial plans.
  

• Monitor business performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
  

• Partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline and improve profitability.
  

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee end -to -end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely month -end and year -end closures.
  

• Ensure statutory compliance with all regulatory requirements including Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and audit standards.
  

• Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external stakeholders.
  

Controls & Governance

• Establish and enhance internal control systems, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks.
  

• Implement effective risk management processes.
  

• Drive process improvements to strengthen financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
  

Cash Flow & Working Capital

• Manage cash flows, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
  

• Oversee AR, AP, inventory accounting, and cost control measures.
  

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate teams to support business decision -making.
  

• Support the CFO on strategic initiatives, cost reduction programs, and performance improvement projects.
  

Requirements

• CA preferred; MBA Finance or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  

• 10–15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and controller -ship roles.
  

• Experience in FMCG, hospitality, or retail industries is highly preferred.
  

• Strong command of financial reporting, compliance, and ERP systems.
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast -paced and dynamic work environment
