Qualifications
and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance
  
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Proven experience with large sales teams and manufacturing.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis.
  
• Expertise in SAP, data entry, data extraction and data management
  
• Experience in SAP implementation will be added advantage
  
• Capability to analyse Financial Statements and finalise the same
  for each quarter. Also carry out financial due diligence.
  

Key
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all company expenses.
  
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify cost -saving
  opportunities.
  
• Perform procurement, yield, and expense analysis.
  
• Develop and manage all Management Information Systems (MIS) related
  to expenses, sales/receivables, and materials.
  
• Maintain up -to -date knowledge of the company’s financial status.
  

Reporting
Structure:

• This role will report directly to the CFO.
  
• Work closely with Board to help setup the MIS systems and
  understand and implement data analysis.
  
• There is potential for advancement to the CFO position in the
  future.
  

Performance

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s financial
  status.
  
• Identify cost -saving opportunities through data analysis.
  
• Conduct thorough procurement, yield, and expense analysis.
  
• Compare and analyse current data with historical data.
  
• Become aware of all transactions done in SAP and be part of new ERP
  implementation in near future.
