We are looking for an experienced FP&A / Business Finance professional to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis in a venture-funded, high-growth environment. This is a high-ownership role that works closely with the CFO and leadership team to support financial modeling, business planning, treasury oversight, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working in organizations backed by PE/VC investors and is comfortable operating within structured, investor-driven financial frameworks. This role requires strong analytical rigor, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable strategic insights that support growth, fundraising, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
• Prepare and manage structured financial reports including AR/AP reports, cash flow statements, investment valuation summaries, and sales and cost performance analysis.
• Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Drive preparation of MIS reports, executive dashboards, and monthly/quarterly management reporting packs.
• Support treasury management activities, including cash flow planning and liquidity monitoring.
• Assist in fundraising initiatives by preparing financial data rooms, projections, and investor-ready materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and growth planning.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and senior leadership team on both operational and strategic financial matters.
• Strengthen financial discipline, reporting structures, and internal controls in a high-growth setup.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Business Analyst roles.
• Prior experience in venture-funded or PE-backed organizations, especially those that have raised multiple funding rounds.
• Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
• Experience preparing structured management reports and investor presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience supporting Series C/D/E fundraising rounds or IPO preparation processes is an advantage.
• Background in tech, startup, or growth-stage organizations preferred.
• MBA (Finance), PG Diploma in Finance, or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
