| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and actively participate in client meetings 2. Ensure high -quality client service delivery and relationship management 3. Follow a solutions -driven approach to enable offshore delivery teams to meet client objectives 4. Assist in resolution of issues, exceptions, and escalations 5. Coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders 6. Manage process sign -offs, documentation approvals, and change management with clients 7. Participate actively in governance cadence and client reviews 8. Support implementation of new processes and improvements to existing workflows |
