Financial Reporting Analyst

Role
Overview

The
Financial Reporting Analyst shall be responsible for preparation of MIS
reports, financial reporting packs, management dashboards, variance analysis,
reporting commentary and finance governance presentations for GCC and managed
services clients supported by Embark.

The
role requires strong analytical, reporting and presentation capabilities with
focus on management reporting, financial analysis, governance reporting and
business finance support.

The
individual will work closely with finance operations teams, client leadership
and stakeholders to support reporting accuracy, governance reviews and
strategic finance insights.

Key
Responsibilities

MIS
& Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly
  and annual MIS reports and management reporting packs.
  
• Prepare budget versus actual
  analysis and variance reports and develop reporting dashboards, KPI
  summaries and finance performance trackers.
  
• Prepare executive summaries
  and finance governance presentations.
  

Financial
Reporting Support

• Support preparation of
  financial statements and reporting schedules and prepare reporting
  templates and standardized reporting formats.
  
• Coordinate month -end
  reporting and reporting calendar adherence and support group reporting and
  consolidation reporting requirements.
  

Variance
Analysis & Commentary

• Analyze financial and
  operational variances and prepare management commentary and reporting
  insights.
  
• Identify trends, anomalies
  and operational finance observations and support leadership reporting and
  finance governance reviews.
  

Requirements

Qualifications
& Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in
  MIS reporting, financial reporting, FP&A support or finance
  controllership support.
  
• CA Fresher / MBA Finance
  preferred.
  
• Ability to interpret
  financial and operational data.
  
• Strong attention to detail
  and reporting accuracy.
