Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing online loan applications by verifying financial documents and analyzing applicant data. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to support risk assessment while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high -quality standards in a fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.

Verify applicant documents such as income proofs, bank statements, and transaction history.

Analyze financial data to support loan approval and risk assessment decisions.

Identify discrepancies or red flags in applications and escalate appropriately.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.

Perform data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards always.

Requirements

Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).

Must reside within a 25 km radius for company -provided cab facility.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Good analytical and problem -solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Positive attitude with a team -oriented mindset.
