Finishing Manager

• Strong supervision of the overall
  finishing job like brick work, plumbing, putty, tiles, granite, aluminum
  window, door frame & shutter, paint, false ceiling, waterproofing, high end
  floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall
  cladding, interior works.
  
• Review for discrepancies with the
  drawings and rake corrective measures.
  
• Review if contractor bills are made
  correctly as per the drawings.
  
• Ensure that the snagging and
  de -snagging points are closed within time.
  
• Recommending changes to
  construction procedures to increase efficiency.
  
• Effectively understand the project
  schedule to ensure deadlines are met on time. Strong role in Planning &
  Estimation.
  
• Handover of flats to final
  customer.
  

Requirements

1.         Experience
in Finishing works in Projects

2.         Experience
in Mock up flat finishing job

3.         Site
control with construction team and sub -contractors & labourers for project
& productivity

1.         Experience
in Aluform/MIVAN shuttering finishing projects

2.         Experience
in conventional shuttering finishing projects

3.         Preferred
from Real estate company
