Fitter is responsible for Assembly incl. wiring of mechanical and electro-mechanical components to assemblies in accordance with the bills of materials, drawings and instructions, as well as measurements, testing or adjusting for the rolling stock industry.

1)        Assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical components to assemblies in accordance with the bills of materials, work instructions or instructions

2)        Read and interpret drawings and bills of materials.

3)        Execute the activities in the sense of the studied job profile (double vocational training)

4)        Record technical data about the workflow and the work results.

5)        Working methods in the sense of the Siemens Production System ideas.

6)        Run tasks in compliance with the applicable standards, safety and environmental standards.

7)        Participation in the permanent improvement cycle.

8)        Should have knowledge and awareness of all PPE’s to be used in the fabrication shop.

9)        Should have knowledge and awareness on time recording (Direct Hrs. and Indirect Hrs.)

12)   Should have knowledge and awareness of 5S to keep workstation safe and clean.

Use your skills to move the world forward:

·        Vocational qualification in at least 2 fields, whereby one must be in mechanical engineering and one in electrical.

·        Basic quality assurance knowledge.

·        Basic production planning knowledge.

·        Crane operator licence.

·        MS Office proficiency.

·       Foreign language: English.

·        An interest of learning, ability to work in team, analytical ability.
