Location: Candidate should be ready for Pan India
Work Mode: In-office (Could be deployed to client location)

We are looking for a skilled FCR (FLEXCUBE Reports) Technical Consultant with 4+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations and report development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting reports within the FLEXCUBE environment.

What We’re Looking For

Develop, customize, and maintain reports in Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical report specifications.

Design and develop regulatory, operational, and management reports.

Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

Work closely with functional teams and business users to gather reporting requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues in development, testing, and production environments.

Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.

Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Ensure report performance, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience as an FCR Technical Consultant.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE reporting solutions.

Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.

Experience in report development, customization, and deployment.

Good understanding of banking and financial services processes.

Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in FLEXCUBE implementation or support projects.

Knowledge of Oracle Banking products and banking domain concepts.

Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and deployment activities.

Experience working with multiple banking clients and large-scale environments.
