Job Title: Flight Dispatcher

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Flight Operations Supervisor / Operations Manager

Role Summary:

The Flight Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations through detailed planning, coordination, and real -time monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with pilots, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to support end -to -end flight dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze Operational Flight Plans using updated weather, NOTAMs, and operational data
Monitor meteorological conditions and assess impact on routes, alternates, and destinations
Coordinate with authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders for permits, handling, fuel, and slots
Arrange ground services including handling, catering, crew transport, and accommodation
Ensure timely communication with clients and provide operational updates and solutions
Monitor flights, track aircraft movements, and proactively address potential delays
Verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies before dispatch
Assist in ATC flight plan filing (FPL, TFPL, CFPL) and route analysis
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and shift handovers
Liaise with finance/commercial teams on credit and payment -related matters
Escalate operational issues and client complaints to supervisors

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Valid Flight Dispatcher License
Minimum 3 years of aviation experience

Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
Attention to detail and problem -solving ability
Time management and deadline orientation
