Job Summary:

We are
looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end -to -end mobile
application design, cross -platform development, application lifecycle
management, and deployment to both App Store and Google Play. You will be
responsible for building high -quality, scalable, and robust mobile applications
while contributing to the overall architecture and technical direction..

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design,
develop, and maintain cross -platform mobile applications using Flutter.

·       Own
the end -to -end lifecycle of the application — from architecture, design,
development, testing, deployment, and support.

·       Collaborate
with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement
innovative solutions.

·       Optimize
app performance, responsiveness, and user experience across Android and iOS
platforms.

·       Integrate
with APIs and third -party libraries efficiently and securely.

·       Participate
in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.

·       Troubleshoot,
debug, and upgrade existing applications.

·       Stay
updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and
technologies.

·       Coordination
with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at
the company. 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

·       6+
years of professional experience in mobile app development.

·       Proven
experience in end -to -end application design and deployment (Play Store &
App Store).

·       Strong
understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVVM), and
state management.

·       Experience
with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

·       Familiarity
with cloud integration (Azure) is a plus.

·       Strong
problem -solving skills and a keen eye for performance optimization.

·       Excellent
communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

·       Knowledge
of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

·       Understanding
of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·       Exposure
to DevOps and automated deployment pipelines.

·       Exposure
to C#/.Net is a plus.
