Job Description - Flutter Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team in Mumbai. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate has solid mobile development experience, is fluent in Dart, and is comfortable integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.

Responsibilities:

â Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for iOS/Android application development.

â Design, develop and test iOS/Android applications using Swift/Dart and Xcode.

â Debug and resolve application defects and issues promptly.

â Collaborate with backend developers to integrate iOS/Android applications with backend services.

â Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver polished and user-friendly apps.

â Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

â Optimize application performance, efficiency and stability.

â Familiarity using IDEs like Android Studio & FlutterFlow.

â Stay updated on the latest Flutter and mobile development trends

Requirements

â Bachelor degree in CS or related fields.

â 4+yrs of exp (Min 1yrs in Flutter Flow)

â Experience in working with RESTful APIs to connect iOS/Android applications to backend services.

â Knowledge of iOS/Android design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices.

â Experience with version control systems like Bit bucket/GIT, CICD pipelines and agile development methodologies.

â Knowledge of Dart programming language.

â Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

â Experience with publishing apps on the App Store / Google Play

â Knowledge of push notifications, deep linking, and analytics integration

â Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices

â Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, etc.) is a plus
