Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Depending on Experience &
Last Drawn Salary)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food &
Beverage (F&B) Manager to join a luxury resort in Ramnagar,
Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in 5 -star
hotels or luxury resorts, with expertise in managing restaurant operations,
banquets, weddings, guest relations, and revenue optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering
exceptional dining experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, and
leading the F&B team to achieve operational excellence and guest
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Operations
- Oversee
the daily operations of restaurants, banquets, bars, and in -room dining.
- Ensure
exceptional guest experiences by maintaining world -class hospitality
standards.
- Monitor
service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all F&B
outlets.
- Ensure
compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Team Leadership
- Lead,
motivate, and mentor the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct
regular training sessions on service standards, guest handling, and SOPs.
- Prepare
duty rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Monitor
staff grooming, discipline, and performance.
Wedding & Banquet Operations
- Plan
and execute luxury weddings, destination events, conferences, and social
gatherings.
- Coordinate
with clients and internal departments to ensure flawless event execution.
- Ensure
banquet operations meet guest expectations and brand standards.
Financial & Inventory Management
- Monitor
departmental budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Control
food and beverage costs through effective inventory management.
- Coordinate
with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze
sales reports and implement revenue enhancement strategies.
Guest Experience
- Handle
guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Build
strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure
personalized service for VIP guests and special events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within 5 -star
hotels or luxury resorts.
- Experience
in handling destination weddings and banquet operations will be highly
preferred.
- Strong
knowledge of hospitality software and MS Office.
