Position – Food and Beverages Trainer
Location – Sambalpur(Debrigarh Wildlife Sanctuary. Sambhalpur.Odisha)
Accomodation+Fooding will be provided
Salary Range – upto 25k
Roles and Responsibilities
- Graduation in Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
- At least 1 year of training experience in Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Responsible for the end-to-end development of candidates over the subject.
- Maintain records of daily class attendance and monitor class progress.
- Conduct theory and practice sessions along with field visits.
- Timely submission of all reports to the center head and HO.
- Effective communication with the center manager and HO.
- Deliver effective training both theoretically and practically.
- Ensure 100% attendance of the batch.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer handling.
- Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Keep training content updated with industry trends and organizational policies.
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Years of F&B or training experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and customer service practices.
