Bachelor's/Masters's degree in Food Science, Technology, biotechnology or Microbiology with at 5-10 years experience implementing Food Safety Standards like FSSAI, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRCGS in the food processing industry along with some management experience in supervising a quality team. You should have completed at least 2-3 implementations of FSMS as a team lead/consultant, must be well versed with doing RCA and CAPA. Should know the various sections of the FSSC22000. You should also understand the latest FSSAI Regulations. Knowledge of process improvement systems like Six Sigma. TQM and 5S will be an added advantage. Should have very good written and communication skills along with the ability to converse in the local language.
You will be responsible for designing the layout for the factories, conducting trainings and supervising standards implementation at the client site. You will interact with the clients, understand their process, conduct GAP audits and provide recommendations for ensuring compliance. You will conduct audits and trainings for FSSAI and other related standards.
Must understand the basics of project management to be able to prepare a project plan, track and execute on the project. Good presentation and excel skills are a must. Preference will be given to candidates who are a FoSTac trainer. The job my require travel and candidate should be open to the same.
