Job Title: Foreign Accounts Executive

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat

Salary Range:

• Up to ₹35,000 per month – Fresher / No foreign accounting experience (For freshers, the salary will depend on your interview performance and assessment round.)
  




• Up to ₹40,000 per month – With prior foreign accounting experience
  

Experience: Fresher to experienced (Foreign accounting experience preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Note: Candidate must have good English communication skills (written & verbal).

A growing import–export company is looking for a Foreign Accounting Executive to manage international accounting operations, reporting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for international transactions
  




• Monitor cash flow, invoices, and payment cycles
  




• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial MIS reports
  




• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance for Canada, USA, and India
  




• Coordinate with international tax consultants and auditors
  




• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  




• Manage payroll and ensure statutory compliance
  




• Maintain strong internal controls to avoid errors and fraud
  




• Handle client emails and day\-to\-day accounting queries
  




• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas stakeholders
  

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
  




• Fresher or prior experience in foreign accounting
  




• Sound knowledge of accounting principles
  




• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  




• Good English communication skills
  




• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
