Foreman / Installation & Assembly Team Leader

A leading
industrial company specializing in industrial air systems, ventilation
solutions, and engineering projects is seeking an experienced Foreman / Team
Leader to lead installation and assembly crews on industrial project sites and
manufacturing operations.

The role includes responsibility for managing field teams, assigning daily
tasks, supervising installation and assembly work according to drawings and
work plans, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with
schedules and safety procedures.

The position combines hands -on technical work with operational leadership in
the field, while coordinating daily with Site Managers, Project Managers,
Engineers, and subcontractors.

The Foreman is expected to lead by example and work directly alongside the
installation teams throughout all stages of execution. The role requires full
presence in the field, including working at height, operating in complex industrial
environments, and performing physical installation activities together with the
crews using a “lead from the front” approach.

Requirements

•         Lead and supervise
installation, assembly, and field work teams

•         Work directly alongside
installation crews during execution activities

•         Assign daily tasks and
prioritize field activities

•         Supervise work execution
according to drawings, specifications, and schedules

•         Maintain discipline,
productivity, and operational standards on site

•         Train and mentor new workers
and installation personnel

•         Perform installation and
assembly work for ventilation systems, ducting, steel structures, and
mechanical assemblies

•         Work with professional
installation tools and equipment

•         Solve technical and operational
issues during execution

•         Perform work at height and in
complex industrial environments

•         Coordinate daily with Site
Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors

•         Ensure compliance with HSE and
site safety procedures

•         Previous experience as a
Foreman / Team Leader in installation or assembly projects – mandatory

•         Experience in mechanical
assembly, metal systems, or industrial installations – mandatory

•         Experience managing field
workers and installation crews

•         Ability to read and understand
technical drawings – mandatory

•         Strong technical understanding
with hands -on work capability

•         Willingness to perform physical
work and work at height

•         Experience in industrial
projects or ventilation systems – significant advantage

•         Basic to good English
communication skills – advantage

•         Willingness to work overtime
when required
