As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, monitor business performance, and support in high-impact decision-making. You will act as the bridge between the Managing Director and operational leaders, ensuring business objectives are aligned, progress is tracked, and priorities are executed efficiently. This role demands strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Support in developing, reviewing, and executing business strategies that align with the organization’s growth vision.
• Decision Support: Provide analytical insights and recommendations to aid top-level decision-making and represent the Managing Director in strategic reviews or internal meetings.
• Business Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment on business goals and timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Performance Review: Lead data-driven performance analysis, identify improvement areas, and ensure accountability for execution across departments.
• Expansion & Partnerships: Evaluate new market opportunities, potential collaborations, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the organization’s business presence.
• Governance & Administration: Manage key priorities and ensure structured follow-up on board directives, strategic decisions, and executive action plans.
• Leadership Support: Act as the communication and execution link between leadership teams and the Managing Director’s office to drive operational clarity and business momentum.
