Responsibilities include:
Research and Sense -Making
• Dig into markets, models, and trends relevant to active work
• Turn findings into sharp briefs and structured one -pagers that are actually useful
• Help build the thinking behind decisions, not just gather information
Review Preparation
• Consolidate inputs from across different teams ahead of business and project reviews
• Optimize and prioritize reviews in cross team functional execution
• Surface what matters - not just data, but the opinions/ perspectives it helps build
• Own the action tracker; close loops without being reminded
• Maintain a dashboard tracking time spent across functions to drive optimization.
Founder Enablement
• Stay ahead of what’s coming and prepare before it becomes urgent.
• Ensure the right things get the attention at the right time by connecting dots
• Free up the founder’s headspace by managing the operational dimension
Stakeholder Management
• Track and maintain relationships across a growing network of partners, institutions, and contacts
• Drive follow -ups independently — nothing goes cold, no commitment is forgotten
• Be the person stakeholders know will always get back to them.
Leadership Communication
• Prepare discussion -specific pre -reads and agendas that make meetings effective
• Turn conversations into crisp summaries and actionable next steps
• See through/ respond emails, messages, and briefs on behalf of the founder — clear, well -judged, and ready to send
