Support the CEO in strategic planning, tracking key initiatives, and following up on decisions and action items.
Conduct business research, basic market/competition analysis, and prepare executive briefs and decision notes.
Assist in preparing and reviewing presentations, board decks, business proposals, and internal communication.
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and key stakeholder interactions.
Participate in selected meetings, prepare MoMs, track progress on agreed actions, and ensure timely closures.
Support due diligence activities (financial, operational, people -related) by coordinating data, documentation, and follow -ups with internal teams and external partners.
Use AI/tech tools (e.g., AI note -takers, productivity tools, dashboards) to improve efficiency in research, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Heads on cross -functional strategic initiatives.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how different functions (sales, operations, finance, HR) connect to overall company performance.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem -solving skills; ability to structure information and present clear recommendations.
Experience supporting senior leadership (CEO/MD/CXO) with end -to -end EA responsibilities.
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft emails, notes, and presentations professionally.
Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfort with AI/tech tools (e.g., AI research tools, automation, productivity apps) and a learning mindset.
High ownership, reliability, discretion, and ability to work in a fast -paced, unstructured environment.
Graduation/Post -graduation from Tier I / Tier II colleges or strong academic pedigree.
2–3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to CEO / Strategic EA / Chief of Staff -type role, preferably in a fast -paced or growth -oriented organization.
Experience in management consulting, strategy, investment, start -up, or similar environments will be an added advantage.
