We are looking for a highly driven Generalist – Founder’s Office to work closely with the founders across finance, operations, people, and go-to-market (GTM) functions. This is a high-ownership role where you'll build systems from the ground up, solve diverse business challenges, and drive execution across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities

Finance & Business Operations

• Build and manage internal financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with external finance partners to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial records.
• Oversee GST, TDS, payroll, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
• Implement inventory tracking systems and establish operational controls.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and business performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Operations & Project Management

• Drive cross-functional project execution through planning, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Establish scalable internal processes and operational workflows.
• Coordinate hiring activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, and people operations.
• Manage administrative documentation and work with external compliance partners where required.

Go-to-Market & Business Growth

• Support business development through prospect research and outbound outreach.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media activities, and event coordination.
• Collaborate with founders on strategic growth initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of finance, business operations, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build processes, solve problems proactively, and execute independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with a willingness to work across diverse business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial operations, bookkeeping, or compliance processes.
• Exposure to project management, hiring coordination, or business operations.
• Experience supporting business development, marketing, or GTM initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools and productivity platforms is an advantage.
