Founders Office Associate

Niche Jewelry Startup | Valar – Koco & Koir Exports Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an ambitious, highly adaptable Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the founder and help build a new niche jewelry brand from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking initiative, coordinating across functions and turning ideas into execution.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder on cross-functional projects and new initiatives


• Coordinate with jewelry artisans, vendors, packaging suppliers and logistics partners


• Support e-commerce operations, product cataloguing, customer queries and order tracking


• Assist with sales, customer outreach and brand-building activities


• Maintain records of expenses, material costs, inventory and sales


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis


• Manage daily schedules, action items and project follow-ups


• Use AI and digital tools to create content, emails, product descriptions and SOPs


• Build and improve processes in a fast-moving startup environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently


• Someone comfortable with zero-to-one execution and building processes from scratch


• Strong problem-solving and research skills


• Good communication and coordination abilities


• Comfortable working with numbers, basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking


• Interest in sales, e-commerce, fashion, jewelry or lifestyle brands is a strong plus


• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms independently


• Good working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT


• English & Tamil fluency is mandatory


• Hindi is preferred, especially for vendor communication

If the founder gives you a problem, you should be able to research it, figure out possible solutions, coordinate with the right people, use the available tools and drive it toward completion.

You will get exposure to start-up building, product, sales, e-commerce, vendors, operations and the founder's decision-making process.

Selection Process

Round 1: Online Assessment

Candidates will need to complete an online assessment using a desktop/laptop in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection.
