Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and analytical professional to join the Founder’s Office – Business Planning & Analysis team at a fast-growing organisation. The role involves working closely with business leaders on financial planning, business performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of business strategy, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  Drive business planning, forecasting, and budgeting for new and existing business initiatives.

  Analyse business performance and prepare management reports (MIS) to support leadership decisions.

  
  


• 
  

  Build financial models and conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities.

  Identify key business drivers, growth opportunities, and areas for operational and financial improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate the financial viability and potential returns of strategic initiatives.

  Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to gather business inputs and assess performance.

  Track key business metrics and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.

  Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial analysis and data-driven recommendations.

  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 
  

  3–6 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, business planning, financial analysis, consulting, or strategic finance.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyse complex business data.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to interpret financial and business metrics and generate actionable insights.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  Willingness to work 5 days a week from the Gurugram office.

  
  

Good to Have

  MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
