We are looking for a high-potential, hands-on professional to join the Founder’s Office – Customer Success team. This role sits at the intersection of product, customer success, and pre-sales, offering unmatched exposure to how a fast-growing company works closely with customers, partners, and leadership.
You will work directly with the Founder to support product demos, testing, pre-sales preparation, and customer engagement, while acting as a bridge between technical product understanding and customer needs. This is an ideal role for candidates with an electrical engineering background who want to move beyond traditional engineering roles into customer-facing, product-driven responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Testing & Support
Support product testing activities to ensure reliability, accuracy, and real-world readiness.
Validate product features and workflows from a customer and utility-use-case perspective.
Assist in documenting test cases, observations, and improvement suggestions.
Demo & Pre-Sales Enablement
Shadow the Founder during product demos, pilot discussions, and pre-sales meetings.
Prepare demo environments, test accounts, and relevant datasets ahead of customer interactions.
Assist in tailoring demos based on customer requirements, especially in energy and utility use cases.
Demo & Test Data Management
Act as the custodian of demo and test data, ensuring data accuracy, version control, and availability.
Maintain structured demo setups for different customer personas and industries.
Support internal teams with demo access, configurations, and product walkthroughs.
Customer Success Support
Assist in onboarding early customers and pilots by explaining product functionality and workflows.
Support customer queries related to product usage, data interpretation, and basic troubleshooting.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product and leadership teams.
Founder's Office Exposure
Gain first-hand exposure to strategic decision-making, customer conversations, and go-to-market planning.
Support ad-hoc initiatives related to partnerships, pilots, and market expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Electrical Engineering background is mandatory (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma or final-year students).
0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates and final-year college students are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of electrical systems, power, energy, or instrumentation concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to energy utilities, power systems, EV infrastructure, or smart energy solutions.
Internship or project experience involving testing, field deployment, or customer interaction.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
