Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager - Strategy and Business Initiatives in the Founder's Office. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing business initiatives, and driving growth. The Manager will also oversee risk management projects, analyze market trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications / Job Responsibilities

• 6-8+ years of experience in management, strategy, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in strategy development, business planning, and project management
• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
• Act as a project manager for cross-functional projects of high importance, as allocated by the CEO.
• Build and maintain relationships across all departments/ functions to influence outcomes.
• Handle diverse tasks across functional areas and geographies, including market entry strategies, customer success team building, and marketing strategy execution.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
• Prior experience in services or consulting business a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Finance qualification a plus
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with a sense of ownership.
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
• Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
