Job Description - Founders Office - Sales

At Vecros Technologies, we build autonomous drones that don’t just fly — they think. Our AI -driven systems power warehouses, logistics, construction, and even defence.

We’re growing fast, the deals are getting bigger, and the founders definitely need someone who can bring order to the madness.
So we’re looking for a Founder’s Office – Sales hire who can sell, strategize, and act like a co -pilot to the founding team.

What You’ll Actually Do:
Build Sales Pipeline (The Art of Making Deals Happen)
  • Own the full sales cycle — prospect → pitch → demo → proposal → close.
  • Build pipelines across warehouses, logistics, defence, and enterprise sectors.
  • Talk to CXOs, Ops Heads, and the occasional “I -only -have -5 -mins” decision maker.
  • Run crisp demos that actually convert curiosity into revenue.
Strategy with Founders (High -Stakes Brain Time)
  • Sit with founders to shape GTM plans, market moves, and pricing thinking.
  • Research markets, competitors, and customer insights — so we stay sharp.
  • Help close strategic accounts (yes, you’ll join big calls).
Client Management (The Relationship Whisperer)
  • Understand customer pain points better than they do.
  • Craft proposals that solve real problems — not random feature dumps.
  • Manage POCs, timelines, next steps, and smooth handovers to deployment teams.
Cross -Functional Coordination ( The “Everyone Stay on the Same Page” Mission)
  • Sync with product, engineering, and marketing so everyone is aligned.
  • Help build decks, case studies, battlecards, and outreach assets.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (we know… but it matters).
  • Build templates, SOPs, and dashboards as we scale.


Requirements

Who You Are (Personality > Titles)
  • 0 - 1 years in B2B Sales, BD, Founder’s Office, or Consulting.
  • You communicate clearly — no jargon, no fluff.
  • High ownership: once you take something up, it gets done.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Numbers excite you. Customers excite you. Closing deals excites you more.
