Founding Engineering Manager (AI Product)

Salary range: Rs 3500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 35-50 LPA)

What You’ll Do as our Founding Engineering Manager, you’ll:

* Build and scale the backend for our core voice AI product
* Make decisions on architecture, system design, infra & performance
* Lead and mentor a growing engineering team
* Own the tech roadmap and collaborate with co-founders
* Stay hands-on—write clean, efficient code in Go/Python
* Work closely with AI, product, and customer success teams
* Ensure security, uptime, and compliance for high-stakes BFSI clients

Tech Stack:

* Languages: Go, Python
* Infra: AWS, Docker, Postgres, Redis
* AI: LLMs, NLU/NLP APIs
* CI/CD, logging, monitoring tools of your choice

You’re a Great Fit If You:

* Have 5–10 years of backend engineering experience
* Have scaled systems from 0 to 100+ users
* Love clean code, system design & solving hard infra problems
* Have led or mentored dev teams
* Want to take ownership in a high-growth voice AI startup

Bonus Points If:

* You’ve built for AI/LLM/NLP or voice-based products

* You’ve worked in fintech, BFSI, or startup environments
