Founding Sales Development Representative

About the Role: Be the first point of contact for potential customers and make a direct impact on our growth in India, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia. Shape our sales development function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and targeted campaigns

• Execute personalized cold emails, calls, and social outreach to decision -makers

• Set up high -quality discovery calls and support Account Executives with insights

• Track performance metrics and optimize processes to exceed targets

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2 -4 years in Sales Development, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software

• Proven track record of building pipelines and generating qualified leads

• Strong communication skills; ability to engage C -level executives

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales platforms

• Familiarity with fintech/financial services/AI technology (plus)

• Multilingual abilities in SEA languages like Bahasa (highly valued)
