Position: Foundry In-charge

Company: Leading Melting & Foundry shop unit specializing in high-quality castings for industries like construction, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Melting & Foundry Shop operations, including arc furnace management and alloy mixing
• Ensure molten metal quality through tests, inspections, and composition monitoring
• Supervise high-quality casting production and ensure proper mold/core usage
• Train and lead junior staff while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment
• Maintain detailed process, production, and quality records for reporting

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Metallurgy or related field
• 10 - 12 years of foundry experience; knowledge of arc furnace operation preferred
• Expertise in metallurgy, casting processes, leadership, and problem-solving
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
