Job Description - Franchise Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Support and Development:
    • Onboarding new franchisees and providing ongoing support. 
    • Developing and implementing franchise business plans and budgets. 
    • Providing guidance on operational best practices and financial management. 
    • Conducting regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance. 
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports. 
    • Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations. 
    • Assisting franchisees in achieving sales and profitability targets. 
  • Relationship Building:
    • Fostering positive relationships with franchisees. 
    • Acting as a point of contact for franchisees and addressing their concerns. 
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all locations. 
    • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives. 
    • Protecting and promoting the brand image. 
  • Compliance:
    • Ensuring franchisees comply with company policies, legal and statutory requirements. 
  • Training and Development:
    • Developing and delivering training programs for franchisees. 
    • Providing ongoing coaching and support to franchisees. 


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the franchising model.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Solid business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business plans and strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Degree in business management or related field is often preferred.
