SALARY RANGE:  35 k – 50 K (In hand) + Incentives

WORK TIMING: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 18:30
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify new market opportunities for our franchise model and evaluate the feasibility of expanding into these markets.
Develop growth strategies for our company, including identifying potential franchisees and developing marketing plans to attract them.
Follow up on franchise leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and industry events.
Convert franchise leads into franchisees by providing them with information about our brand, franchise model, conducting due diligence on potential franchisees, and negotiating franchise agreements.
Provide support to franchisees who are looking to expand their business, including guidance on market research, securing financing, and negotiating lease agreements.
Conduct due diligence on potential franchisees to ensure they meet our company's criteria for expansion, including financial stability, business acumen, and alignment with our company's values.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and do the implementation from ideation to execution
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget for admissions in every academic session
Oversee and approve marketing material like brochures, Social Media Posts, Hoarding & Banner designs, etc. prepared by the creative team.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess the same against set goals
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop and maintain relationships with franchisees, landlords, and other stakeholders.
A strong understanding of the franchise industry and business management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant experience in Business Development/ Accounts management/ Franchisee Sales
Persuasive communication (Written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
