Freelance Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline
• Source potential applicants using online tools and platforms
• Conduct and coordinate video interviews
• Handle email communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
• Assist with additional administrative and talent-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Based in India, with the ability to work remotely
• College or University Degree
• English proficiency at C2 level (written and spoken)
• Excellent computer skills and strong presentation/document creation abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Must provide a LinkedIn profile in the CV

Desirable:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
