Freight Forwarder (Air Shipments)

We are looking for a detail -oriented Freight Forwarder with hands -on experience in air shipments and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will manage end -to -end shipment processes while ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and coordination of air shipments with airlines and agents
  
• Manage shipment documentation including AWB, invoices, and packing lists
  
• Coordinate with customs clearance agents for smooth cargo movement
  
• Track shipments and provide real -time updates to clients
  
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal teams
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a freight forwarder
  
• Strong knowledge of air cargo operations and documentation
  
• Familiarity with customs procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
