French Language Recruitment Specialist (C2H) | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)
Payroll: 2COMS
Client: Leading Bangalore -based MNC
C1 certification in French Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct high -volume outbound calls to screen and assess candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and text messages during the onboarding process.
  • Guide candidates on onboarding requirements and first -day readiness.
  • Extend offers and complete end -to -end hiring activities in Workday.
  • Update client systems with candidate interactions and hiring status.
  • Handle candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.

Interview Process

  1. French Language & Technical Assessment
  2. Final Managerial Discussion





Requirements


Required Skills



  • C1 certification in French Mandatory.
  • Fluent in French and English (Bilingual proficiency mandatory).
  • Experience in candidate interviewing and recruitment coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes and work efficiently in a fast -paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Hands -on experience with Workday.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
