• Location: Bangalore or Mumbai (Onsite)

• Language: French C1 or above (or equivalent)


• Domain: HR / Recruitment


• Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST / 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for candidates in Canada.


• Screen candidates through calls, emails, and messages.


• Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities.


• Maintain recruitment records in Workday.


• Deliver a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• French C1 (or equivalent certification).


• 2.5+ years of French language experience.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities.
