Job Description - Fresher: Ticketing Executive

Position: Ticketing Executive (Immediate Joining) Company: Bluespirit Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit is a leading travel and tourism company based in Nashik, Maharashtra. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ticketing Executive to join our team on an immediate basis. As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling ticketing and reservation requests from clients, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for them. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with airlines and other travel agencies. Responsibilities: - Receive and process ticketing and reservation requests from clients - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and availability - Book and issue tickets, and make necessary changes or cancellations as per client's request - Coordinate with airlines and other travel agencies to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all ticketing and reservation transactions - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using computer reservation systems (CRS) and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of ticketing and reservation procedures and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required If you are passionate about the travel industry and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on our team.
