ROLE OVERVIEW :
To take care of the front desk and handling administrative work, data management & data entry.
Major Responsibilities:
⢠Take care of the overall front desk.
⢠Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
⢠Ensure the reception area is tidy with all necessary stationery and materials.
⢠Coordination with various internal & external stakeholders.
⢠Monitor office supplies and order replacements.
⢠Receive the couriers and bills and keep a record of the same.
⢠Handle basic enquiries and sorting emails.
⢠Answer telephone calls and screen and forward the calls.
⢠Copy, scan and file documents.
⢠Handle data entry and responsible for data management.
⢠Perform administrative work.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field or Diploma in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism.
Work Experience:
⢠3\-4 years experience working as a Front desk executive
⢠Knowledge of handling the front desk with experience in data entry and data management.
⢠Experience of basic administrative work & coordination.
Skills:
⢠Good communication skills with high attention to detail.
⢠IT literacy and adequately conversant with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
