Job Description - Front Desk Executive



  • Attending phone calls & giving appointments.

  • Preparing summaries & typing out reports.

  • Accompanying the patient to various dept. for the tests.

  • Coordinating with residents & consultants  & also with diagnostics, billing & medical records.

  • Coordinating with companies for settlement of checks.

  • Settling checks received by health check.

  • Continuously updating one’s own knowledge.

  • Attending training programs.

  • Awareness of organizational & departmental policies and procedures.

  • Translating organizational objectives into operational goals.

  • Implementing the quality initiatives in the dept.

  • Adhering to the standing orders of the organization.

  • Implementing standard operating procedures.

  • Any other jobs assigned by superiors as per exigencies of work
