Location: Gurugram, India

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our Kids Gym, Pre School & Day Care. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors.
  

• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages.
  

• Schedule and confirm appointments.
  

• Check members in and out.
  

• Assist with membership sales and promotions.
  

• Perform administrative tasks.
  

• Resolve member complaints.
  

• Maintain accurate records.
  

• Collaborate with the Business Development team.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  

• Previous experience in customer service or reception.
  

• Experience as a Business Development Executive preferred.
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
