Job Description - Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for clients visiting the visa and immigration office. This role involves handling client inquiries, managing appointments, verifying documents, and providing accurate information regarding visa processes and requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
    • Handle walk-in inquiries and guide clients on visa and immigration procedures
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
    • Schedule and manage client appointments
    • Collect, check, and organize visa application documents
    • Ensure all required forms and paperwork are properly filled
    • Maintain records of client interactions and application status
    • Coordinate with visa consultants and case officers
    • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
    • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Professional appearance and attitude
