Job Description - Front End Coordinator

Introduction: IAssess Consultants was incorporated in 2015 to partner with the Govt. of India’s Skill India Mission to skill and empower the youth on progressive employment-oriented career courses. Job Description:

You will be responsible for co-ordinating with the various stakeholders like Govt. bodies, training partners and field staff for getting assessments scheduled and conducted.
You will be responsible for recruiting the assessors who will be conducting the assessments.
Ensuring that all compliances are met in the daily execution of assessments.
You will ensure smooth, fair, error-free and timely delivery of assessments at the venue.
You will be responsible for maintaining assessment data and generating reports for internal controls and management
You will also be responsible for preparing and uploading of results on Govt. portal.
You will also maintain Daily MIS and updating of various trackers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any field.
Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Sales Co-ordination / Recruitment.
He/she should have good command on MS Excel and MS Word with great typing speed.
Knowledge of Excel formulae like VLOOKUP, pivot table and excel shortcuts is an added advantage, though not necessary.
Good business communication skills. That is good telephonic etiquette and good email writing skills.
Should be living in Mumbai and be willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai.
Should be a multitasker.
Should be willing to join immediately.

Position Urgency: Urgent.

Salary Range: 20-25k fixed per month.
