ROLE DEFENITION Research, design, implement, manage software programs and write and implement efficient code for it. Testing and evaluating programs. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. TASKS & ACTIVITIES REQUIREMENT GATHERING Gather info from the client (along with the sales team) through detailed interactions to understand the purpose of the website/software. Send M.O.M of the same to the client. Documentation of the platform preferred, requirements, features and flow of the software. PRESENATION & FINALIZATION OF PROJECT BREIF Present the document created to the client and attend client meeting to improve on the document till confirmation. Initiate the costing process of the software by sending the finalised document to the team lead. EFFICIENT CODE CREATION Create a database architect for strong functionalities. Writing back-end code and efficient modules. Optimise the code as per the requisites from the front end developers. Updating and altering the application for better performance. Troubleshooting the application and fixing code issues. TESTING AND DELIVERY: Test the developed software (software flow, features, forms) as per the agreed upon initial requirement. Resolve the issues found if any. After each product/module conduct demo of the software with the client in the agreed upon timing. When the software/module is error free conduct a detailed KT. During hand over create documentation for the same and submit it. MEASUREMENT METRICS Successful completion of the project within the given timeline. Quality of the software created (bug-free, security issue free) No of new features implemented Client satisfaction. Requirements Program languages: HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript Theme and plugin installation Plugin development Page builders: Elements or Divi, Beaver Database management: MySQL Digital marketing and SEO Github and BitBucket Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug. Web design: UX, UI, site architecture
