Front End Spares Category Supplier Manager

Work with Spares suppliers for semiconductor front end tools to plan strategic sourcing initiatives for category. Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions Initiate and sustain effective communication with stakeholders, partners and suppliers Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with Category Director, Category Supplier Managers, and Leaders/Team Members Implement processes to monitor stakeholder satisfaction for key suppliers Manage conflict and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide advice to senior and executive management on strategic decisions related to the category Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers Initiate and sustain effective communication with stakeholders, partners and suppliers (top down) Enable savings opportunities through Data visualization and business intelligence Passionate about data/ data-driven analysis
