Job Description

Responsibilities :

Lead process delivery across P&C Insurance Underwriting operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal quality standards.

Manage team structure including FTEs, SMEs, and Assistant Managers, based on budget and leadership directives.

Drive operational excellence through SLA/KPI management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading regular operational reviews and strategic discussions with Canadian stakeholders.

Oversee quality control for policy issuance and endorsements, ensuring compliance with turnaround time and accuracy standards.

Facilitate knowledge transfer during process transitions and support training initiatives for new joiners and existing staff.

Approve hiring and redeployment requests, manage queue performance, and lead RCA efforts for escalations with a focus on problem-solving and error-proofing.
