Job Description - Front Office & Admin

Morphogenesis is seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage front office operations while supporting HR administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day -to -day office activities and assist with HR processes and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and incoming calls/emails.
  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR data management.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.




Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in front office, administration, or HR operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and customer -service -oriented approach
