We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer -friendly Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

â Manage front desk operations and visitor handling

â Attend and transfer phone calls professionally

â Coordinate meetings, appointments & office schedules

â Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, mails & documents

â Maintain records, files & office data

â Support HR and administration activities

â Ensure smooth communication between departments

â Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

Requirements

Good communication & interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email handling
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage front office activities
Customer service mindset and attention to detail
