We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Frontend Developer to join our innovative startup team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications. As a Frontend Developer, you will be instrumental in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring seamless interaction between our users and the backend services.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement responsive web designs.

- Develop efficient and reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.

- Implement and maintain best practices in web accessibility and ensure the UI/UX design is accessible to all users.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in real-time usage.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and provide technical solutions to address business requirements.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably in a startup environment.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Experience with responsive web design and development techniques.

- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Proficient understanding of version control systems such as Git.

- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for frontend applications.

- Knowledge of server-side templating languages and backend technologies is a plus.

- Understanding of SEO principles and implementation strategies for web applications.
