As a Frontend Engineering (React/TypeScript) - Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions using React and TypeScript to enhance user experiences
- Building the user-facing layer of AI-powered enterprise applications
- Creating modern, data-intensive web applications using React, TypeScript (strict mode), and Vite, delivering responsive, maintainable, and intuitive user experiences.
- Building polished interfaces for complex enterprise applications
- Collaborating closely with backend, AI, and quality engineering teams to surface agentic workflows, long-running job status, document interactions, and conversational AI experiences
- Building a personal brand by contributing to team success and expanding technical skills
- contributing to an agent-driven, specification-led development lifecycle with appropriate human approval checkpoints.
- working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot, as well as building frontends for LLM-powered or chat-based applications

What You Must Have

• Strong experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript (strict mode).
• Proficiency with modern server-state management using TanStack Query (React Query).
• Experience designing and maintaining component-driven UIs and typed API clients (e.g., Axios).
• Strong CSS/SCSS skills, including SCSS Modules and component libraries such as Material UI (MUI).
• Experience with Vite, ESLint, and frontend testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  

What Sets You Apart

• Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets or Socket.IO and displaying long-running asynchronous job status.
• Experience developing user interfaces for LLM-powered, chat-based, or AI-agent applications.
• Experience working with complex tables, data grids, and design systems.
• Exposure to Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Interest in Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and agent-driven software delivery.
• Experience in finance, tax, legal, or other regulated, document-intensive domains.
